I’m doing it. Yes, I am going gluten-free. Not to be dramatic and all, but this is a HUGE alteration in my life considering the fact that pasta, pizza, and baked goods are my all time favorites.

I am doing it because…

  1. I will gain much healthier eating habits
  2. I want to be committed to a long-term goal and learn about myself throughout the process
  3. Eating this way is good for the skin
  4. It will make me feel better physically and mentally about myself

And with all that being said… it will make me feel GOOD! 🙂
