Delicious gluten-free breakfast

I woke up this morning with absolutely no idea what I wanted/ could have for breakfast. So my friend told me about making pancakes that only requires TWO ingredients. I got super excited.

All you need to make gluten-free pancakes are:

  • 2 eggs
  • one mashed up banana

… and it tastes so good. I also added cinnamon and pumpkin spice to my pancakes just for extra flavor. Next time I might try adding nutmeg, or vanilla. It depends what you’re in the mood for. Even cut up strawberries or blueberries sounds good!

I’m keeping a positive attitude! It’s really not THAT bad!
